1. Acceptance
By accessing or purchasing from The Winning Setups Forex Program at winningsetups.home.kg, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use this site or make a purchase.
2. Educational use only — no financial advice
All content — videos, books, and any supplementary materials — is provided for educational purposes only. Nothing constitutes financial, investment, brokerage, or trading advice. No profit, performance, or specific result is guaranteed or implied. Forex trading involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and risk management.
3. Purchase terms
- The program is a one-time digital purchase at $47 USD.
- Payment is processed by Stripe. By completing checkout you authorise the stated charge.
- Stripe delivers your files automatically to the email address you provide at checkout. We do not see or store your card details.
- Access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share, resell, or sublicense any content.
4. Refund policy
All sales are final. Because this is a digital product and your files are delivered immediately upon payment confirmation, refunds are not offered under any circumstances. If you have questions before purchasing, contact ernestchike4@gmail.com before completing checkout.
5. Access and delivery
File delivery is handled by Stripe. You will receive a download link at the email address you provide at checkout. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder and then contact support. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by an incorrect email address entered at checkout.
6. Intellectual property
All videos, books, and materials are the intellectual property of Ernest Chike. Your purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the materials for your own private study only. Reproduction, redistribution, resale, screen recording for distribution, or public sharing of any content is strictly prohibited.
7. Prohibited use
- Sharing download links or content with anyone who has not purchased
- Reselling or redistributing the materials in any form
- Attempting to bypass Stripe's payment or file-delivery system
- Using the site to harvest data or perform automated requests
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The program is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ernest Chike disclaims all warranties, express or implied. In no event shall Ernest Chike be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the program or any trading decisions made based on its content. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the program ($47 USD).
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
10. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
