Refund Policy
All sales are final. The Winning Setups Forex Program is a digital product. Files are delivered immediately and automatically by Stripe upon payment confirmation. Because access is granted instantly, we do not offer refunds.
Why no refunds?
Unlike a physical product, digital files cannot be returned. Your lessons and books are delivered to your email as soon as Stripe confirms payment. Once that delivery has occurred, the purchase is complete.

Delivery problems
If you completed payment but did not receive your download link:
1. Check your spam or promotions folder.
2. Wait up to 10 minutes — Stripe delivery can occasionally be delayed.
3. If you still have nothing, email ernestchike4@gmail.com with your Stripe receipt. We will verify your purchase and manually provide access. This is not a refund situation — it is a delivery issue we will resolve.
Chargebacks and disputes
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is considered a breach of these terms. We respond to all Stripe disputes with transaction evidence. Access may be suspended while a dispute is open.
